Orders & Shipping

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to pick, print and quality check items in your order. After we're satisfied with the quality, it’s then shipped out to you. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• Canada: 3–7 business days
• USA: 3–4 business days
• UK: 2–7 business days
• Europe (mainland): 6–8 business days
• Australia: 2–14 business days
• International: 10–20 business days.

If your order hasn't yet arrived, please check the following before getting in touch with us. Please:

• Double check all of your information supplied on the order receipt is correct (if it is incorrect, please let us know ASAP).
• Check all of your tracking information with the correct carrier (Royal Mail, Canada Post, USPS, DHL etc).
• Ask your local delivery office if they have your package (please provide them with as much detail as possible).
• Stop by your neighbors in case the courier has left the package with them.
• Check any SafePlace you have at your property where items might be left/have been left previously.

Please note that during busy periods (Christmas holidays, Thanksgiving & Black Friday, for example), there may be delays for a few days with the delivery of your parcel. Please also allow additional time for service disruptions during severe weather or industrial action, depending on the country you reside in.
